As of January 2008 Kisiki has started to work with a community based women's group who are HIV positive single mum's and polio victims. They are based in Naivasha, in the Rift Valley in Kenya. These women are unable to work out in the fields like most of the women in their community, it being a rich agricultural area, as they cannot be out in the heavy sunshine all day. The beading project provides them with valuable work in a pleasant environment that enables them to earn a living to support their families.
Their most recent beading project with us are the Cheeky D.
